Other things to note
Notes on making the best of your wilderness adventure in our remote location:
· Bottled drinking water will be available onsite (and you are welcome to bring an additional supply). The water supply is from a lake-draw system. While we do filter it, licensing laws require that we inform our guests that they should drink bottled water.
· There is a solo stove fire pit with firewood that guests may use.
· We have two canoes, two kayaks, and a paddle boat available onsite. There are also life jackets on site for your use.
· Because there is no trash service here on the Gunflint Trail, guests are asked to take all garbage/recyclables with them when they leave. Nearby White Pine Lodge offers garbage drop-off for a fee.
